What should I bring?

This person should bring the following items to check-in:
  • A complete list of participating students (including JR/SR division designation)
  • Liability/release forms for each student (or proof that they were previously emailed)
  • Extra forms will be available at check-in, but will slow down the process
  • Proof of payment, which can include any one of the following: (1) a printed email from Rosie or Patrick, confirming receipt of payment; (2) a receipt issued by Rosie (name may be DemiDec); (3) proof from your bank of a TT transfer (if you do not have one of the above, please email rosie@demidec.com). (Don't worry if you don't have a printed version! You can show us on your phone/laptop, and we'll have an extra laptop at check-in for this purpose!)
  • If you are paying on-site, please bring fees in USD or Singapore Dollars
  • Cash for the Pwaafari (please note that the official Pwaafari tour is almost sold out; however, we will have a number of discounted tickets available if you would like to explore the Zoo on your own!)
  • A list of DAAs and AIAs from your school. DAA training will take place on June 24th, at either 11 am or 2 pm at the Star Theatre. Please ask your DAAs ahead of time and be prepared to sign up for a briefing slot
  • If your school does not currently have enough registered DAAs (1 DAA per 3 teams), they will be assigned at check-in
  • Remember that Scholar’s Ball entry is not included in DAA/AIA registration. Adults that plan on attending the ball should bring $48 SGD per person
  • Any questions you might have for the weekend!
